By using VibRadar (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
VibRadar provides passive security scans of publicly accessible websites and sells one-time digital reports ("External Scan Report"). We do not require login credentials and only inspect what is already public.
Scans are automated and best-effort. We do not guarantee that every vulnerability will be found, that a site is secure, or that findings are exhaustive. Results depend on what is publicly reachable at the time of the scan.
Paid reports are one-time purchases processed by Polar (Merchant of Record). Prices are shown before checkout. You receive access to the full report via a unique link and email after successful payment.
You may only scan websites you own or have permission to test. Do not use the Service for illegal activity, harassment, or to scan systems you are not authorized to examine.
The report content and the Service itself remain our property. You may use the report for your own security purposes. You may not resell or redistribute the reports as a product.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VibRadar is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service or reliance on any report. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific report.
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
